Not only has God heard you but there is an interception that God has seen you. Regardless of how you got to where you are now, El Roi- the God who sees will encounter you and things will change.
Genesis 16:13 (NIV) She gave this name to the Lord who spoke to her: “You are the God who sees me,” for she said, “I have now seen the One who sees me."
